Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm
Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields. Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.
Boxed beef cutout values sharply lower on light to demand and light to
moderate offerings. Select and Choice loin cuts weak to lower while rib, chuck,
and round cuts lower.
